What style of photography do you do?
I specialize in cinematic storytelling - blending candid moments with artistic, print-worthy portraits to capture the emotion and atmosphere of your day.
What wedding packages do you offer and what do they include?
My wedding packages start at Platinum ($3,000); elopements start at $500. For a detailed breakdown, visit my Investment page!
How much coverage do we need and can we add extra hours?
Coverage ranges from 4-7 hours depending on your package. If you want more time, extra hours can be tacked on. Just let me know and I'll send over the hourly rate!
When will we receive our photos and how many will we get?
You'll see social media sneak peeks within 48 hours and your full digital gallery within 6 weeks. Couples typically receive between 50-100 finished images per hour of coverage.
Do you travel for weddings and are there travel fees?
I'm based in Steamboat Springs, CO: elopements and weddings in Routt County fall under standard rates; destinations beyond that will incur travel fees depending on method of travel needed and how far (estimated per location).
Do you provide a photo list or help with timeline planning?
Absolutely! I'll craft a day-of timeline and we'll go over your "must-have" list so nothing is missed. Feel free to send any special requests in advance!
Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes - I carry professional backup gear at every wedding.
How do we secure our date and what is your booking process?
After you submit your info via the contact form, I'll reply within 48 hours to schedule a phone or video call. You'll receive a custom timeline and package proposal, then - once you decide - we'll send a client portal link with your contract, invoice, questionnaire, and posing inspiration.
Do you offer engagement sessions and what's included?
Engagement sessions are built into the Diamond package (and available a la carte for other collections). They're fun, prompt-driven shoots designed to feel natural - no stiff poses!
What add-ons are available?
I offer bridal shoots so your day doesn't start and end on your wedding day, it can be a week earlier, day before, or a month after! I also offer heirloom albums and wall-worthy prints - perfect for sharing and displaying your favorite moments. Details and pricing are provided during your planning call on request.
Can you tentatively hold a date for us?
Yes! I can hold a date for a short period if you need time to decide. Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and deposit will secure your booking.
Do you work with a second photographer or additional photographers?
All wedding collections include one photographer; if you'd like a second shooter for extra coverage, just let me know and I'll provide a tailored quote and reach out to my trusted photographer friends!
How do we access our online gallery and how long will it be available?
Your fully edited images come in a password protected online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints. Galleries remain live for at least six months, with extended hosting available upon request.
Why does the elopement package start at $500 but full weddings start at $3,000?
Elopements are typically shorter, more streamlined celebrations - often off-peak days or weekdays - so they require less planning, fewer hours of shooting, and simpler deliverables.
