let me walk you through what working together looks like from first hello to final delivery.
1. Inquiry
I'll receive your online form information and get back to you within 48 hours (most of the time earlier). We'll schedule a phone call so we can get a better feel for each other's vibe (and save our fingers from typing out responses). I'll gather all the info you can give me about your day and story, and I'll email a personalized timeline with custom package options to check out.
We'll schedule a follow up Skype or Zoom call with your fiancé present to discuss the packages further, answer any questions, and go over the contract!
2. Booking
After you've chosen your personalized wedding package, you'll be sent a client portal with a contract, invoice, questionnaire, and posing inspiration. Then (more importantly) we'll schedule out your engagement session!
3. Engagement Session
We'll meet in person for the first time and have a blast!
I'll prompt you more than pose you, so your photos reflect who you are. I use an app called Unscripted that we can look at together during the session if we need some posing inspiration!
4. Planning
I'll be there for all or very little of your planning steps! You include me in on what you want me to know, I'm game for anything. Send me messages about your wedding colors, catering, day of schedule, and must-have moments, I'll be happy to be given the knowledge of whatever you throw my way!
5. Wedding Day
The day is here!! We'll photograph some traditional posed photos, but mainly we'll photograph moments. Prompts, like the ones used at your engagement session, will be used so you can feel like yourselves and not be overwhelmed by the picture-taking throughout the day. Candids are a BIG one that we'll photograph (and the most fun, especially at the reception!)
6. Delivery
Your social media previews are posted within 48 hours and your digital album is delivered to you within 6 weeks. Treat it like a date night and get cozy to view your wedding photos for the first time! I'll offer your pick of a photo for a wall print and your choice of select photos to put into a printed wedding album if you'd like to add that on to your package. If you choose me to take care of that for you, it'll be a stress-free way to sit back and let the design be handled by someone else - your newlywed phase isn't over yet, so let me pamper you!
